3. Our services
We provide web design and development, e-commerce (including Shopify), online ordering and booking systems, search visibility (SEO and AI search), website reviews and AI advisory services. Every project is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.
4. Quotes and prices
- Quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Quotes are in pounds sterling (GBP).
- A quote becomes binding only when both parties agree in writing.
- AI advisory work is charged by the hour against an estimate agreed before work begins.
5. Free first website offer
- Available to a limited number of new clients in North East England, at our discretion and while places remain.
- Covers the design and build of one single-page website with up to five sections, a contact form, basic SEO set-up, hosting set-up, royalty-free stock images where needed, and one round of revisions.
- Does not cover ongoing hosting and support (a low monthly fee once the site is live), domain registration, extra pages, e-commerce or online ordering, bespoke photography or branding, or substantial copywriting.
- We may withdraw the offer at any time. Projects already agreed in writing will not be affected.
6. Using this website
Use the site lawfully. Don't attempt unauthorised access, send malicious code or spam, or copy our content without permission.
7. Intellectual property
Content on this website belongs to JDDA Media Limited or its licensors. Any third-party names mentioned are trade marks of their respective owners.
8. Contact form
When you contact us, please give accurate information. We handle it as described in our privacy policy.
9. Liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available but provide it “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Liability for project work is set out in the relevant project agreement.
