Where the experience comes from
Before starting serva.digital, David spent more than 20 years delivering digital and e-commerce work for major UK retailers and brands. That work was done as part of agencies, IT service providers and consultancies, and it predates both serva.digital and JDDA Media Limited. Those organisations' clients are not clients of serva.digital, and we don't name them.

- Designs and builds websites himself, hosted on Cloudflare for speed, security and low running costs.
- Plans and builds Shopify stores, and trains owners to run them.
- Sets up online ordering and booking systems.
- Provides practical AI advisory using Claude for paperwork-heavy jobs.
- Improves local search and AI-search visibility, including Google Business Profiles.
- Reviews existing websites for performance, UK GDPR, cookie and accessibility issues.
