Our commitment to an accessible website, what we've done and how to tell us if something isn't working.

1. Our commitment

serva.digital wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

2. What we've done

  • Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA for text and interface elements.
  • Every feature works with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator and a skip link.
  • Pages use meaningful headings, landmarks and labels, and form errors are described in text.
  • Content reflows at 320 pixels wide and supports zoom up to 400%.
  • The only animation (a rotating badge) has a pause button and stops automatically if your device is set to reduce motion.
  • Core content, navigation and contact details work without JavaScript.

3. Known limitations

  • This is a preview build. The contact form checks your entries but doesn't send them yet. Please email hello@serva.digital instead.
  • We haven't yet had an independent audit or testing with disabled users. We plan to do this before launch.

If something doesn't work for you, or you need information in another format, email hello@serva.digital. We aim to reply within 24 hours, and to fix reported issues as quickly as we can.

5. About this statement

This statement was prepared on 26 September 2026 based on a self-assessment against WCAG 2.2 AA. We'll review it at least once a year and whenever the site changes significantly.
