1. Who we are
serva.digital is a trading name of JDDA Media Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12045526), registered office 15 Oak Tree Road, Stokesley, North Yorkshire, TS9 5FN. JDDA Media Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

2. The personal data we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect:
- your name (required)
- your email address (required)
- the service you're interested in (required)
- your business name (optional)
- your town or area (optional)
- your message (optional)
The form also contains a hidden anti-spam field that people never see or fill in, and records how long the page was open before sending (to filter out automated spam). We do not ask for your phone number.
When you send the form, your IP address is used briefly to stop the form being abused (limiting how many enquiries one connection can send in a few minutes). It is kept only as a short-lived, one-way scrambled code and is not stored with your enquiry.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. We also use cookieless analytics that count visits in aggregate. It does not identify you, set cookies or track you across other websites.
3. Why we use it and our lawful basis

We do not use your details for marketing, and we never sell or rent them.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers (processors) acting on our instructions:

5. International transfers
Some providers process data in the United States. Where that happens we rely on UK-approved safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.
6. How long we keep it
- Contact form submissions: the website itself does not store them. Each enquiry is delivered to our inbox as an email and kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Our email delivery provider keeps a short delivery log under its own retention settings.
- Emails about an enquiry: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they become part of a client contract, in which case we keep them for as long as the law requires for business records.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your personal data (access)
- correct inaccurate data (rectification)
- delete your data (erasure)
- limit how we use it (restriction)
- transfer it to you or another organisation (portability)
- stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests (objection)

9. Security
All traffic to this site is encrypted with HTTPS. Form submissions are stored with access restricted to authorised people, and we review our providers' security practices.
10. Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk, helpline 0303 123 1113.
12. Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
